Everyday, twice a week, hands-on instruction or a custom do-it-yourself plan...ENJOY TRULY PERSONALIZED GOALS including meal planning, suggested supplements, and interaction with your trainer in person, on the phone, via text or email, and even through Skype.  Every new client begins with an hour-long Fusion Fitness Initial Consultation to determine your starting point and clarify your goals.  A schedule and a plan to fit your life and your budget is then created and updated as you progress.
